Ted K. Pullen spent his career in the power industry. He started as an application engineer for Ingersoll Rand Company in their steam surface condenser division. He moved into business development after transferring to the San Francisco Sales office. In 1977, Ingersoll Rand sold the condenser division to Ecolaire along with the San Francisco sales force. In 1980, a bleak time for the Power Industry, Ecolaire decided to eliminate its direct sales team and transition to Manufacturer’s Representatives. That year, Ted K. started his own business as a Manufacturer’s Representative.
Ted B. Pullen joined the business in 1987 to develop the Refining, Chemical, and aftermarket business. He enjoys developing a plan to best meet customers' needs based on project-specific priorities. He also excels at troubleshooting equipment issues with customers to find the best solution to increase equipment life and maximize efficiency.
The third generation is Kendall Wilson, Ted's son-in-law. Before joining TP Sales, Kendall spent years in the field at one of the largest industrial gas companies in North America, where he won Top Bulk Salesperson of the Year two years running. He brings that background to TP Sales as VP of Sales, working the full line card across both divisions. His primary focus is cryogenic storage and vacuum jacketed piping systems with national reach on both lines. He also works the full Process and Energy book: heat exchangers, noise abatement, boilers, burners, turbines, cooling systems, and the rest of the equipment Ted has spent nearly four decades placing in refineries and power plants.
Three generations of family in an industry where having real connections sets you apart.
